- 90 g shitake mushroom thinly sliced
- 40 – 50 g gai lan (Chinese broccoli) sliced into 4
- 1.5 L vegetarian broth
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 450 g vegetarian wonton / dumplings (please see Mo Mos recipe in light bites or purchase from a shop)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 Tbsp oil

- Heat the oil in a saucepan.
- Heat the oil in a saucepan.
- Once browned, add the shitake mushrooms to the saucepan.
- Cook mushrooms for about 5 - 8 minutes until cooked.
- Add the vegetarian broth and soy sauce to the saucepan.
- Let the broth boil. Once boiling, add the wontons and reduce the heat.
- Let the wontons cook for around 10 minutes.
- Add the gai lan, cover the saucepan with a lid and let it all cook for 5 minutes.
- Then take the saucepan off the heat and serve the soup hot.
