Instructions
Heat the oil in a saucepan.
Heat the oil in a saucepan.
Once browned, add the shitake mushrooms to the saucepan.
Cook mushrooms for about 5 – 8 minutes until cooked.
Add the vegetarian broth and soy sauce to the saucepan.
Let the broth boil. Once boiling, add the wontons and reduce the heat.
Let the wontons cook for around 10 minutes.
Add the gai lan, cover the saucepan with a lid and let it all cook for 5 minutes.
Then take the saucepan off the heat and serve the soup hot.
