- Soak lentils overnight in water.
- After soaking rinse the lentils and chop finely in a blender.

- Mix the lentils, rice, salt and pepper well.
- Add oil to a frying pan.
- Then spoon in a small amount of the mixture to form a small circle cutlet.
- Cook the cutlet on each side until golden brown.
- Serve cutlets with sour cream or make into a burger using bread and cheese.
