Instructions
  1. Soak lentils overnight in water.
  2. After soaking rinse the lentils and chop finely in a blender.
  3. After soaking rinse the lentils and chop finely in a blender.
  4. Mix the lentils, rice, salt and pepper well.
  5. Add oil to a frying pan.
  6. Then spoon in a small amount of the mixture to form a small circle cutlet.
  7. Cook the cutlet on each side until golden brown.
  8. Serve cutlets with sour cream or make into a burger using bread and cheese.
