Ingredients

cup
red (or green) lentils
3–4
Tbsp
well-boiled soft rice
Vegetable oil for frying
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Soak lentils overnight in water.
After soaking rinse the lentils and chop finely in a blender.

Mix the lentils, rice, salt and pepper well.
Add oil to a frying pan.
Then spoon in a small amount of the mixture to form a small circle cutlet.
Cook the cutlet on each side until golden brown.
Serve cutlets with sour cream or make into a burger using bread and cheese.
