Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Mash bananas in the loaf pan (8 x 4 in) and add the wet ingredients.
- Add the dry ingredients in small quantities to the loaf pan which contains the wet ingredients and stir well.
- Add any optional items once the batter is ready and stir.
- Preheat the oven to 165 °C / 325 °F and bake for approximately 60 minutes.
- Once baked, let it cool down on a dry rack.
- Serve warm with a hot beverage of your choice!
