Banana Smoothie
A fresh banana and rice smoothie enjoyed at any time of the day.

  1. Boil the milk and leave the milk to sit on a low heat.
  2. Add the washed rice to the milk.
  3. Cook until the rice is soft.
  4. Once cooked add the 2 tablespoons of sugar and mix thoroughly.
  5. Let the mixture cool down.
  6. Chop the bananas into small circular pieces and add into the mixture.
  7. Blend it all together with a hand blender or food processor.
  8. Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes or until cold, before drinking.
