Ingredients

grapefruit

sugar/xylitol
(you can use agave or maple syrup – stir into water until it dissolves)

tsp
ground ginger

tsp
cinnamon
1⁄2
tsp
turmeric
1⁄2
cup
water
Optional boosters

Instructions
Juice the grapefruit (sieving the pulp if a smooth consistency is preferred) .
Add ½ a cup of water.
Add the remaining ingredients and using a food processor blend all the ingredients for about 1 minute or until smooth.
Tastes best when served immediately.
